If the 1st payment attempt fails, the system will try twice more before suspending or canceling your subscription with us. After three failed payment attempts your subscription will be suspended until the next month's payment date. Please make sure any billing information changes are accurate and valid before clicking save.

Our billing system will make three (3) attempts to charge your credit card. If you have just moved, you can update your new billing information before the next payment by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. If you are unclear why your payment failed to process, we advise you to contact your financial institution to inquire on the status of the payment.
