Unfortunately due to the nature of our boxes each month, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns on boxes that have already been shipped. If your subscription has already started (3, 6, or 12 month subscription) we will not provide a partial refund for your remaining subscription term. We do understand that there are special circumstances and will do our best to provide a solution to problems on a case by case basis. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be more than happy to replace the item(s) or send a comparable item if the damaged item is no longer available. If there are no products we can substitute for the damaged product, you will then be contact by our help team with a solution. This will be on certain circumstances and on a case by case basis.
