How do I update my billing information?
Simply log into your customer account, look for billing address, edit your new billing information, and click save to save the changes. To prevent any delay on your Pawty Box, any billing changes must be made before the recurring payment date, which is the 1st of the month. If your address is not updated by the 1st of each month, your Pawty Box could be delayed or canceled if there are any failed payments. What type of payment options do you accept?
We accept PayPal and majority types of debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. At this time, we do not accept checks, bitcoins, money orders, mail-in cash or prepaid cards. We are always looking to expand our payment options, so if you have a suggestion of a payment you would like us to support, please let us know.
