When will I be billed?

Your payment for your first Pawty Box is processed immediately upon sign up. Our subscriptions for 3 or 6 months are processed as a one-time full payment upon sign up. The term will auto-renew once complete unless purchased with PayPal which will not have a recurring purchase made for the continuation of your subscription. What payment currency do you accept?

Since we are based in CA, United States. We only can accept currency in USD (United States Dollar). We do not currently offer pricing in any other currency.

How do I update my billing information?

Simply log into your customer account, look for billing address, edit your new billing information, and click save to save the changes. To prevent any delay on your Pawty Box, any billing changes must be made before the recurring payment date, which is the 1st of the month. If your address is not updated by the 1st of each month, your Pawty Box could be delayed or canceled if there are any failed payments. I received an email that my payment failed?

If the 1st payment attempt fails, the system will try twice more before suspending or canceling your subscription with us. After three failed payment attempts your subscription will be suspended until the next month's payment date. The cost varies depending on: 1) the type of Pawty Box ordered (1-time box or a subscription plan) 2) length of the subscription 3) additional boxes if ordered. Why does my credit card show a $1 pending charge from Surprise Pawty?

No need to panic! For security measures and to prevent fraudulent orders, that $1 pending charge is actually just a verification process set by our payment gateway (Stripe) -- you will not actually be charged that dollar and it should disappear off your card in 1-2 business days.
