Why does my tracking number shows, "Delivered", but it's no where to be found?

If your shipment tracking number shows "_Delivered_", the first step is to check with your neighbors, building managers, and family/friends in your household to see if they may have picked up the box. Sending a Pawty Box to your front door cost money and to keep our prices low, we charge a shipping fee of $4.99 per box to the US for all of our subscription plans. Shipping fee to is $14.99 for all Canada subscription orders. We ship out our boxes around the 20th of every month. It may take 2-5 business days for the box to arrive depending on your delivery carrier and location. My Pawty Box arrived damaged! What should I do?

We are sorry to hear your Pawty Box has arrived damaged. All of our boxes are packaged with care before sent to our shipping carriers and sometimes an accident could happen from shipping carriers which is out of our control. Please email us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) and let us know which items were damaged and we'll be happy to replace them for you.

What do I do if I didn't change my address and my Pawty Box already shipped?

Why do I have to go to the post office to pick up? Was my Pawty Box not left at my door?

If your postal delivery man missed you at your home, depending on your neighborhood, mail theft is now a on going common issue occurring in many states. If your postal worker decides that someone might end up stealing your box, they will not leave it at your front door. Your postal worker may require you to be home to retrieve the package, and if they can't redeliver, you'll need to pick your Pawty Box up at your local post office.
