How do I update my billing information?

Simply log into your customer account, look for billing address, edit your new billing information, and click save to save the changes. To prevent any delay on your Pawty Box, any billing changes must be made before the recurring payment date, which is the 1st of the month. If your address is not updated by the 1st of each month, your Pawty Box could be delayed or canceled if there are any failed payments. Please verify that your address on the account is accurate and correct before clicking save.  

If the 1st payment attempt fails, the system will automatically try three more attempts before suspending or canceling your subscription with us. Please make sure you update your payment information right away if you received an email from us regarding a payment attempt failed.
