If your shipment tracking number shows "Delivered", the first step is to check with your neighbors, building managers, and family/friends in your household to see if they may have picked up the box. If the address is accurate and you're still not able to find your pawty box, contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home. A second delivery attempt may be made by your carrier so do look out for a delivery slip. Sometimes boxes do accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they are held at the post office.
